How it is worked out
Every roll costs 2 gold and every copy its cost. Each champion slot of a shop first picks a cost by your level’s odds, then one copy at random from what is left of that cost’s pool, so copies on other boards and other champions of that cost already taken change the chance of every slot, and each copy you buy leaves the pool. Riot’s set overview puts a Wisp in the rightmost slot of every other shop, so every other shop has four champions; Blossom (5) puts one in every shop. The answer is exact for that model rather than a simulation, and it assumes nobody else buys from the pool while you roll.

The champion pool
How many copies of each champion the shared pool holds. Every player in the lobby draws from the same pool, which is why a contested champion is harder to hit.
